Pilates


Since C-bear was about 3 months old I've had terrible back pain at night. It only happens when I've been lying down for a few hours but it's really annoying and constantly wakes me up. The doctor couldn't do anything and said it was to do with weak pregnant bones and I'd grow out of it within 10 months. But a friend recommended pilates, so I've joined a 6 week course and it's fantastic. My back feels so much better after just one hour a week! Plus it gets me out of the house for an evening leaving my boys to bond.

  1. oh man, i LOVE pilates. never in my life have i been so flexible as when i regularly did pilates. keep it up! you will love it :)
